At Ayurlife Healthcare, we value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
You received a wrong, defective, or damaged product.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of product delivery by contacting us at 📩 info@ayurlifehealthcare.com.
2. Non-Returnable Products
For reasons of hygiene and safety, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or partially used products
Products with tampered packaging or seal broken
Items purchased during promotional offers or discounts
3. Refund Conditions

Refunds are applicable only if the return request is approved after inspection.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer once bank details are provided.
4. Replacement Option

Customers may choose to receive a replacement product instead of a refund.

Replacement is subject to stock availability.
5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error from our side (wrong, damaged, defective product), Ayurlife Healthcare will bear the return shipping charges.

If the return is due to customer preference/error, shipping charges will not be refunded.
6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.

Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
