Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:
You received a damaged or defective product.
You received the wrong product.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
Note: Products must be returned in unused condition, sealed, and in the original packaging.
Non-Refundable Situations
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
Products purchased during special offers, clearance sales, or discounts.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
