At Ayurlife Healthcare, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality herbal wellness products with utmost care. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support team at info@ayurlifehealthcare.com.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
If your order is lost in transit and not delivered.
Refunds will not be provided for products that are opened, used, or tampered with, due to hygiene and safety concerns.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email us at info@ayurlifehealthcare.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with order details and supporting images (if applicable).
Once approved, the refund will be replacement for the demaged / exchange product within 7 days (we’ll deliver the product within 7 days) to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, customers may choose a replacement product instead of a refund.
Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.
